Beginning in May I took apart my son's Broadmoor. Not only was it painted a horrible light orange, but the previous owner had actually welded the pivot point in the frame. This went unnoticed on pavement, but on uneven terrain it would go up on one back wheel and forward progress would stop as the other wheel went in to the air and spun. I found a frame and took apart his tractor, cleaning and repainting as I went, and put the tractor back together on his new frame. I also added the hi-lo pulley to give his tractor 4 forward speeds and two reverse ratios. While the engine was out I had it honed and the valves ground. When he got it back it was practically new!
