Sovereign gets snow time

 The snow wasn't deep but it was wet and heavy! The Sovereign had no trouble with it as it got to play in the snow for the first time this season.

One last 'fall job'

 It's a little hard to tell from the photo below(upper portion before and lower portion after) but I used the Weedcutter one last time this year to clear the brush out from behind the soccer net. I also moved some of the old wood that was there so hopefully we can finish cleaning it and then keep it somewhat manageable. I also hauled the wood to the back. Now the Sovereign has the snow blade mounted and ready for winter!

Early snow

 We had a fairly early snow for us Sunday and I got to bust out Mandy's Broadmoor 738 with the plow. This was the first time I used this tractor for snow duty and even without the tire chains(on backorder) it did pretty good!

Almost ready for winter!

 This is going to be the winter of the 738's! Mandy and Emma's 738 Broadmoor's are going to get winter duty this year. Bring on the snow!

New tires for Emma's 738

 I was finally sick of filling the tires with air every time I used Emma's Simplicity 738 Broadmoor. And since I planned on using it for snow blowing duty this winter I needed to get new tires. Apparently there is a shortage of tires and these are all the dealer could get, not my first choice but they will do!

 Our neighbor needed help with their lawn so Olivia, Abby and Alex used the Yeoman 616, Broadmoor 717 and Broadmoor 738 to get it done! A combined 21 horsepower and 8.5 foot cutting made it quick work, only taking 8 passes to do their yard!
