The past couple days Emma's Simplicity 738 Broadmoor has moved wood like a boss! I loaded up the trailer to the point of flattening the tires with at least 25 loads. It then had to pull them up the hill in the backyard and never had a problem. Got some serious seat time with this little beast!
Took advantage of the 70 degree weather to finish getting the Sovereign and 717 Broadmoor ready for snow! I may also get the snowblower on Emma's 738 Broadmoor but we'll see how ambitious I am.
Took advantage of the near 70 degree weather today and cleaned up some of the neighbors leaves that fell in my yard! Izzy and Abby came out and gave some support. Made about 8-9 trips, running the tractor for about 45 minutes straight. Gave the Simplicity Serf 535 a nice little workout!
Today I mounted the snowblower on the Sovereign. I got it a little bit ago and will be the first time the Sovereign has one belted up. Can't wait to try it out!
Used the Simplicity Broadmoor 738 to clean up the leaves the morning. It does a really good at mulching up all the leaves. I have to mow twice, once north-side and then east-west but it beats having a vacuum system that I have to store 11 months of the year!
Sunday after a soccer game in Hillsdale Alex and I ran over to Montgomery to pick up this snowblower that will be for my tractor. Still have the smaller one that I will put on one of the kids tractors, but this way there is a backup! Plus, if the kids take their tractors someday I will need this for mine!
Alex's Simplicity Broadmoor has not been used since we had our tractor races earlier this year. So with the never ending landscaping chores to do I decided to fire it up and have Alex help me a bit. It started on the third pull and ran great. Made him drive it around a bit to get it good and hot.
