Well, I have come to a conclusion with this snowblower for the Sovereign. It needs to FED. If there isn't enough to keep it full of snow it clogs pretty quick. If you go faster than you think you should it works fine! I think it needs about 3 inches of snow to really do its best. May use the Broadmoor with the plow for a while.
Still didn't have quite enough snow but the Simplicity Sovereign did good with the snowblower. Izzy did a great job helping me clear the driveway.
We got some snow last night and I was hoping it was enough to finally give the snowblower on the Sovereign a try. It wasn't. There was so little going through it that it clogged. So I broke out the trusty 717 and finished with the blade.
We have had so little snow this winter! The only seat time I have had lately was to take some of the wood trim we got to do a floor in the house out to the shed. Pretty sad.
So two nights ago a couple guys came and stole my 7016 out of our front yard. We had been using it as a Christmas decoration with lights on it. Had some good times with this one, both working and at tractor shows.
